Graphic Tee Crew is operated by Triton Gear. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Graphic Tee Crew,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Graphic Tee Crew and Triton Gear.

• The submission does not contain unauthorized characters, logos, photographs, artwork, slogans, or other protected material.

• The submission does not promote hatred, discrimination, harassment, violence, or hostility toward any person or group, including discrimination based on faith, religion, race, ethnicity, nationality, disability, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected status.

• The submission does not contain unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, deceptive, or malicious material.

You retain ownership of your submission.

By submitting a design, you grant Graphic Tee Crew and Triton Gear a limited, nonexclusive permission to receive, store, review, and evaluate it for possible use.

Submitting a design does not guarantee approval, payment, publication, production, promotion, or partnership. We will contact you only if your submission is selected for further consideration.

Any commercial use, compensation, ownership transfer, licensing arrangement, promotional credit, or other rights will require a separate written agreement.

10. Reviews and Other Customer Content

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, social-media tag, testimonial, or other content for publication, you confirm that you have the right to share it.

You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, display, and share that content in connection with our website, products, advertising, and social-media channels, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
